Gaudí

The work of the famous Catalan architect, Antoni Gaudí, represents a radical break with austere Neoclassicism. He developed an eclectic but nevertheless very distinctive organic theory of forms and with his art nouveau ornamentation he reintroduced romanticism into architecture. That makes him the master of Catalan Modernism.
