Albert Dubout was a French illustrator, painter, and humorist, born in 1905 in Marseille and passing away in 1976 in Saint-Aunès, France. He became best known for his satirical drawings and whimsical cat characters, which later inspired the beloved Dubout Cats collection of figurines and art pieces.
